About the job
Provides HR services with a human touch whilst leveraging processes at scale to support the entire Talent Acquisition process of talents for internship, employee and middle management positions as well as administrative support for the recruitment of senior and top management positions. Focuses on efficiency whilst taking the needs of the stakeholders and candidates into account. Regularly supports one market cluster / location and drives consistency and standardization for the cluster/ location supported.
