About the Role Are you a numbers person looking for a dynamic place to grow your accounting career? We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Accounts Executive to join our team!

Whether you have a couple of years of experience or you are a driven fresh graduate with a solid grasp of accounting principles, we want to hear from you. You will get hands-on experience handling full and partial sets of accounts, diving into modern e-commerce reconciliations, and building a strong foundation in financial operations.

What You’ll Be Doing

• The Core Accounting: Take charge of full or partial sets of accounts, including Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), General Ledger (GL), and bank reconciliations.
• Daily Operations: Keep the business moving by preparing invoices, payment vouchers, receipts, credit notes, and debit notes.
• Financial Detective Work: Reconcile bank statements and company accounts. You will also get exciting exposure to inventory, sales, e-commerce, and payment gateway reconciliations!
• Closing & Reporting: Assist the team in smooth month-end and year-end closings. You will help prepare essential monthly management reports, including Profit and Loss (P&L), Balance Sheets, cash flow, and account schedules.
• Team Support: Manage staff claims, petty cash, and company expenses, along with other general administrative duties.

Job Requirements

Who We’re Looking For

• Education: You hold a Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Experience: You have 1–3 years of relevant accounting experience. (Fresh graduates with a strong foundation in accounting are highly encouraged to apply!)
• Tech-Savvy: You are familiar with accounting software (experience with SQL is a huge plus!).
• Bonus Knowledge: Basic knowledge of Malaysian accounting standards, SST, taxation, payroll, and statutory requirements will give you a great head start.
• Work Style: You are responsible, highly organized, trustworthy, and capable of managing your deadlines with minimal supervision.
• Communication: You can communicate effectively in English and Bahasa Malaysia. (Mandarin proficiency is an added advantage!)
