The Opportunity

Are you obsessed with TikTok, understand creator culture, and have a strong drive for sales? We are looking for a highly motivated Affiliate Marketing Executive to build and scale our TikTok affiliate marketing presence in the Food & Beverage industry!

In this role, you will be the bridge between our brand and TikTok creators—hunting down the best micro to mid-tier KOLs, equipping them with winning strategies, and launching campaigns that drive real revenue. If you are a fast learner who loves networking, analyzing trends, and earning attractive commissions based on your performance, this is the perfect playground for you!

What You Will Do (Core Responsibilities)

• Creator Recruitment: Proactively identify, pitch, and onboard high-potential TikTok creators and micro to mid-tier KOLs to join our affiliate program.
• Strategy & Campaigns: Develop and execute a robust TikTok affiliate strategy. You will launch monthly campaigns built around new SKUs, promos, paydays, and mega sales.
• Equip to Win: Provide creators with everything they need to succeed. Product briefs, creative angles, Unique Selling Propositions (USPs), and highly converting selling scripts.
• Relationship Management: Work closely and collaboratively with affiliates to build strong relationships, keep them motivated, and help them meet or exceed sales goals.
• Data & Optimization: Track performance by SKU, creator, ROI, and conversion rate. You will analyze sales data to optimize campaigns and adjust commission structures for maximum impact.
• Reporting: Prepare comprehensive monthly reports covering Affiliate GMV, Top Affiliates, and overall campaign success.

Job Requirements

Who We Are Looking For (Requirements)

• Education: Minimum Diploma or Degree in Business, Administration, Management, Marketing, or a related field. (Fresh graduates with a hunger for sales are highly encouraged to apply!)
• Language Skills: Able to converse fluently in both Bahasa Malaysia and English to communicate effectively with local creators.
• The Vibe: You are an independent, self-motivated fast learner. You have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, paired with a sharp, analytical mindset.
• Industry Passion: Highly sales-driven with a strong, genuine interest in the Food and Beverage (F&B) industry.
