Job Description
Affiliate Recruitment & Onboarding, Identify and recruit TikTok creators (micro to mid-tier KOLs)
Develop and execute a robust TikTok affiliate marketing strategy.
Achieve the sale target of affiliate team.
Provide them with product brief, angles, USP & selling scripts
Launch monthly affiliate campaigns (new SKU, promo, payday, mega sales)
Track performance by SKU, creator, ROI, and conversion rate
Optimize commission structures based on performance
Work collaboratively with affiliates to drive revenue and meet or exceed sales goals.
Analyze sales performance data and implement strategies to optimize for maximum impact.
Provide reports covering Affiliate GMV, Top affiliates and etc
Job Requirements
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
Candidate must possess at least Diploma /Graduate Diploma in Business or Studies/ Administration/ Management, Marketing or equivalent.
Able to converse in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
Fast learner with passion for sales and business development.
Must be independent, self motivated, good interpersonal and communication skills and analytical.
Sales driven and possess strong interest in the food and beverage industry.
