Job Description

• Responsible for full spectrum of HR functions including full cycle recruitment procedure and payroll.
• Handle recruiting process from job posting, resume screening, interview arrangement, onboarding and offboarding processes and training.
• Payroll and Benefits: Handle monthly payroll, following local laws for EPF, SOCSO, EIS, and taxes.
• Maintain and ensure accuracy of employee records, HR documentation, and confidential files
• Oversee daily office administration and ensure smooth business operations and primary point of contact for HR and general administrative inquiries.
• Manage & follow-up on ad-hoc tasks assigned by CEO from time to time.

Job Requirements

What we're looking for

• At least 1-2 years of experience in a similar HR or administrative role
• Preferable Mandarin Languages is added advantage.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with employees at all levels
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HR-related software
• Good knowledge of labour laws.
• Responsible, detail-oriented, organised, and able to meet deadlines.
• Relevant diploma or degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
