This is a great opportunity for a strong professional and team player who enjoys a combination of strategic thinking, responding to ongoing market developments, leveraging data insight, analysis and technology, and interacting with stakeholders and customers.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Contribute to the execution of SwiftRef product objectives and ambitions, ensuring alignment with the company level strategy.</li><li>Work with the SwiftRef Product Owner to manage the SwiftRef offering based on regulatory requirements, serve customer needs, and stay relevant in the market.</li><li>Understand customer pain points, consolidate feedback, translate and process business requirements to execution plans.</li><li>Generate monthly reporting dashboards at both product level and customer level.</li><li>Coordinate the daily extraction of internal datasets as a source for Reference Data directories.</li><li>Conduct occasional market analysis on potential new datasets or new sources for existing datasets.</li><li>Support the development of detailed project plans or campaigns, monitor progress, and adjust as necessary to meet agreed upon goals.</li><li>Collaborate with internal stakeholders (business analysts, engineering, operations, customer experience, business development, global security, risk and customer support) to ensure cohesive product development and delivery.</li><li>Assist in engaging with external stakeholders, including financial institutions and vendors, to ensure good relationship to drive product success, as well as to keep an all-rounded feedback loop for timely resolution when issues arise.</li><li>Support the Product Owner with prioritization and backlog maintenance.</li><li>Support business users after deployments on test or live systems.&nbsp;</li><li>Communicate and collaborate effectively with diverse, globally distributed teams, respecting and adapting to various cultural norms and time zones to ensure seamless project execution and timely delivery.</li><li>Assist in presenting product updates and roadmap to key stakeholders.</li><li>Contribute to customer webinars or workshops to create product awareness, discuss product evolution and potential enhancements.&nbsp;</li></ul><h2>Education &amp; Experience</h2><ul><li>Minimum of a bachelor’s degree in business or related field; or equivalent through experience.</li><li>Minimum of 3 - 5 years of experience in product management with a passion for data storytelling.</li></ul><ul><li>Relevant experience in a product or IT development environment, preferably within a Data &amp; Analytics or Financial Industry sector.</li></ul><h2>Required Skill Sets</h2><ul><li>Excellent proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).</li><li>Strong adherence to operational excellence, setting clear standards for quality and customer happiness.</li><li>Drive successful outcomes through collaboration, influence and partnership in a complex, matrix environment.</li><li>Good stakeholder management skills to manage and build strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.</li><li>Result-oriented with a strong focus on achieving goals and delivering high-quality products.</li><li>Great communication skills, with an excellent command of spoken and written English.</li><li>Analytical mindset and conceptual thinking.
