Job Summary

We are looking for a Procurement Specialist to join our Procurement team and support the execution of procurement activities in accordance with company policies and procedures. Reporting to a Senior Procurement Specialist, this role will coordinate procurement operations of small to medium complexity, ensuring timely delivery of services and compliance with procurement standards.

The Procurement Specialist is expected to contribute to purchase execution, supplier coordination, data analysis, and continuous improvement initiatives. This role plays a key part in supporting cross-functional collaboration, maintaining accurate records, and helping to optimize procurement performance and service delivery across assigned categories.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute day-to-day procurement activities in a timely and accurate manner, including preparing and defining requests for quotation/proposal, negotiating with vendors, issuing purchase orders, proposing contracts in line with internal policies.
• Ensure smooth end-to-end delivery of goods and services by tracking progress, following up with vendors, and proactively resolving delivery or invoicing issues. Escalate complex matters as needed.
• Act as a key contact for internal stakeholders, providing regular updates on procurement progress and proactively advising on any issues or delays affecting purchase requests.
• Contribute to procurement-related projects by executing assigned workstreams or managing small-scale initiatives independently.
• Build and maintain strong working relationships with internal customers to understand business needs, ensure compliance with approved spend levels, and deliver value through efficient procurement support.
• Develop procurement knowledge in assigned categories, with guidance from senior colleagues and internal documentation.
• Manage daily interactions with internal and external stakeholders, including coordination, issue resolution, and performance follow-up.
• Prepare standard procurement reports, presentations, and data analyses to support operations, reporting, and decision-making.
• Continuously develop procurement knowledge and stay up to date on market trends, supplier capabilities, and purchasing techniques to contribute effectively to team objectives.

What You Will Need

• A degree in Business Administration, Finance, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 2–4 years of relevant procurement or purchasing experience, preferably in a regional or global business environment.
• Experience with procure-to-pay (P2P) processes and basic contract terms is preferred.
• Familiar with sourcing, supplier coordination, and transactional procurement operations.
• Experience working in a cross-functional and multicultural environment is an advantage.
