Approve and conduct training session on system solutions.</li><li>Understand technological trends in own area of responsibility and apply this knowledge to bring solutions to the customers.</li><li>Lead and plan the business process redesign and documentation as needed for new technology.</li><li>Interface with application software development and other users as appropriate to explain solutions.
