Swift now has a presence in 200+ countries and legal territories to serve a community of more than 12,000 banks and financial institutions.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;</div>Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Conduct research and analysis on industry trends, external developments, emerging technologies, regulatory changes, and evolving market structures across financial services.</li><li>Develop strategic insights and recommendations that help Swift anticipate industry developments, identify growth opportunities, and assess potential risks.</li><li>Translate complex industry developments into clear implications and actionable recommendations for senior stakeholders across the organization.</li><li>Lead or support strategic deep dives on key industry topics including payments, securities, trade finance, digital assets, AI, central banking, and financial market infrastructure.</li><li>Support the development of Board, ExCo, and senior leadership materials, including strategic briefings, industry outlooks, thought leadership papers, and executive presentations.</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>Bachelor's degree required;</li></ul><ul><li>Minimum 10-12 years of experience in consulting, research, fintech or financial services is strongly preferred.</li><li>Strong understanding of global financial services trends, competitive dynamics, and emerging technologies is highly desirable.</li><li>Knowledge of payments is a must.</li><li>Demonstrated ability to synthesize complex information into concise, executive-level insights and recommendations.</li><li>Experience leveraging AI tools and technologies to enhance research, analysis, and productivity is desirable</li><li>Excellent communication skills (oral, written, presentation), critical thinking, and problem solving abilities.</li><li>Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, across diverse stakeholder groups.</li><li>Detail oriented with strong organizational skills.</li></ul>What we offerWe give you the freedom to be yourself.
