What to Expect:
Build and foster meaningful relationships with key internal and external stakeholders (hiring managers, candidates, regional and global talent acquisition colleagues, recruitment agencies, consultants, wider HR teams (eg. Core/ Operations team and HR business partners), etc.
Own and manage the recruitment lifecycle (talent mapping, sourcing, job posting, application management, candidate screening, interview arrangements, offer negotiation, on-boarding collaboration with core HR team, etc.)
Serve as the key contact point for hiring managers and candidates, ensuring a positive experience for both.
Develop and contribute to creative content and sourcing techniques that will ensure visibility of our opportunities and drive inbound recruitment.
Leading and contributing to employer branding projects (Ex: organise and represent Swift at external job fairs, conferences, and events).
Drive offer process - building compensation proposals and packages, extending offers and obtaining candidate’s acceptance to the offers.

Knowledge and Experience:
Experience recruiting multi-disciplined resources.
Must have experience as an in-house technical recruiter, ideally from any of the following industries - Information Technology Services, FinTech, Banking and Financial industry, etc.
Up-to-date knowledge of innovative sourcing methodologies and a strong track record of successfully networking externally.
A methodical approach with the ability to work to key targets/SLAs.
Well organised with the ability to multitask, managing a variety of vacancies across varied locations.
Experience in candidate screening and competency-based interviewing.
