Swift now has a presence in 200+ countries and legal territories to serve a community of more than 12,000 banks and financial institutions.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;</div>Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Lead and control the development of test specifications/test cases/ sets of regression tests, for new and enhanced software release of applications in an accurate and timely manner.</li><li>Manage project/release test strategies focussing on both functional and non-functional requirements while highlighting the needs with regards to environment, test data, entry and exit criteria for different test phases, regression testing and test automation.</li><li>Design test plans for multiple-phase projects of high complexity and based on a combination of inputs like estimates, skills and number of resources</li><li>Participate in backlog reviews ensuring testability of user stories. Involve the right stakeholders in test design reviews and approvals</li><li>Write and execute test cases of multiple-phase projects, analyse and log results.</li><li>Ensure that test schedules and procedures are followed according to plan while respecting deadlines for completion of testing</li><li>Ensure homogeneity in testing processes and propose process improvements for testing activities.</li><li>Ensure that all captured/reported problems are identified and that solutions are proposed</li><li>Continuous measurement of progress and quality of testing deliverables. Provide with release/project based final test reports as a preparation for UAT handover</li><li>Manage test automation initiatives and solution frameworks</li><li>Coach and motivate team members, define priorities and objectives, follow up progress and achievements.</li><li>Provide input for budget allocation, including manpower projections.</li></ul>Required Skills:<ul><li>7+ years of experience in IT testing area, ideally with leadership skills in delivery area.</li><li>Able to take decision and pursues the best course of action to deliver results based in-depth analyses.</li><li>Organized and able to manage multiple priorities effectively</li><li>Sets clear standards for quality of work in line with procedures, standards and policies.</li><li>Demonstrates Operational Excellence, security and resilience.</li><li>Strong problem-solving skills with a pragmatic approach to testing challenges</li><li>Proficiency in Agile/Scrum methodologies</li><li>Proven experience in CICD, DevOps implementations of test automation pipeline and integration</li><li>Lead with a Team spirit: encourage a continuous improvement mindset and ensure a safe working environment</li><li>Business Understanding ,Commercial Sense and Customer centric</li><li>Excellent stakeholder engagement and influencing skills</li><li>Professional English language skills</li><li>Ability to work independently in a dynamic, international environment</li><li>Solid communication (written and oral) and presentation skills</li></ul>Additional Skills:<ul><li>Knowledge of Jira and Xray</li><li>Experience with testing in SAP environment on SAPGUI and or Fiori Interface</li><li>Programming skills to support and build test automation (Python, Java)</li><li>Understanding on webservice protocols (SOAP, Rest) and experience with test tools (Postman, SoapUI)</li><li>Basic Database (SQL) and OS (Linux) skills</li><li>Practical knowledge on test automation frameworks and CI/CD tools (Cloudbees, Jenkins, Bitbucket, Robotframework)</li></ul>What we offerWe give you the freedom to be yourself.
