<p><strong>ABOUT THE ROLE</strong></p>
<p>This is a hands-on finance operations role — not reporting, not FP&amp;A. You will own the daily cash cycle, reconciliations, customer invoicing, tax compliance, and financial reporting. You'll also be expected to spot broken processes and fix them, including with AI tools. If you thrive in ambiguity, take pride in clean books, and get frustrated by manual work that could be automated, this is your role.</p>

<p><strong>WHAT YOU'LL OWN</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Daily cash movement reconciliation — own it end-to-end, every day</li>
<li>Virtual account balance accuracy for each customer — completeness is non-negotiable</li>
<li>Customer invoicing and collections management</li>
<li>Monthly bank reconciliation, cash flow forecasting, and balance sheet schedules</li>
<li>Indirect tax (SST) and corporate tax matters — timely, accurate, no surprises</li>
<li>Timely financial reports, statements, and forecasts for internal and external stakeholders</li>
<li>SOPs — write them, review them, enforce them, and improve them when they're not working</li>
<li>External relationships: auditors, tax consultants, banks — you are the point of contact</li>
<li>Identifying manual, repetitive workflows and eliminating them using AI tools, automation, or smarter process design</li>
