Job Descriptions:

• In charge of accounting of the company independently
• Responsible for preparation for the full set of accounts and performing month end closing in a timely manner
• Perform general bookkeeping, AR/ AP/ GL functions
• Prepare bank reconciliation and monitor daily bank balances
• Responsible for the day-to-day operational matters of the accounts department
• Prepare financial report and assist in financial audit
• Ensure proper maintenance of accounting records, documentation and filing of the records
• Perform any other duties as assigned

Job Requirements

Requirements:

• Diploma /Degree in Accounting or equivalent
• 2 years of working experience in the related field
• Able to handle full set of accounts and administrative duties
• Able to work independently
• Computer literate with accounting software
• Knowledge of SST is compulsory
• Must be able to converse in Mandarin due to the nature of business
• Working experience in Interior Design/ Construction industry is an advantage
