• Carry out pre-contract and post-contract quantity surveying activities
• Prepare cost estimates, tender documents, quotations and Bills of Quantities (BQ)
• Prepare and monito project budgeting, cost analysis and cost control
• Coordinate procurement and liaise with suppliers and subcontractors
• Evaluate and certify subcontractor claims, progress claims and variation orders
• Support site valuation, final accounts and project cost reporting
• Coordinate with project teams to ensure costs and documentation are properly managed

Job Requirements

 Requirements:

• Degree in Quantity Surveying
• 2-3 years of Quantity Surveying experience; fresh graduates are welcome
• Experience in interior fit-out, interior renovation or interior design projects is an advantage
• Knowledge of procurement and contract administration is an added advantage
• Good communication, planning and time management skills
• Able to work independently, meet deadlines and work well with the project team
• Mandarin-speaking candidates are preferred due to business communication needs
