Job Description:
- All QS works related to pre-contract and post contract
- Estimating and tendering
- Preparation of tender documents
- Material budgeting, cost estimating, cost analysis
- Invitation of quotation and negotiation & subcontractor award
- Material sourcing and procurement activities
- Preparation of quotation, bills, of quantities, site control and site valuation
- Assessment and valuation of sub-contractor payment
- Handle progress claim, VO claim, progress payment, final account
Job Requirements
Requirements:
- Degree/ Diploma in Quantity Surveying
- Working experience in interior fit-out/ interior design/ interior renovation industry
- Minimum 2 years of experience
- Must be able to communicate (speak & write) in Mandarin due to nature of business
- Experience in procurement and contract management
- Preferable working experience in both pre-contract & post contract
- Good working attitude, ability to organise, plan, meet deadline & work under pressure
- Fresh graduate are encouraged to apply for Jr Quantity Surveyor post
