Job Description

 Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage day-to-day HR operations, including payroll administration, recruitment, performance management, employee relations, and training & development.
  • Develop and implement HR strategies that align with the company’s goals and objectives.
  • Ensure compliance with Malaysian labour laws and regulations.
  • Maintain payroll processing system and record by entering employee data, update payroll record.
  • Ensure timely submission of HR payroll reports.
  • Manage all HR records and responsible to ensure all personal files are updated and manage systematically.
  • Manage the recruitment process by sourcing, interviewing, and hiring top talent.
  • Oversee and manage all foreign workers related matters. Renewal of permit, Fomema, Check out Memo etc.
  • Develop the yearly training plan / calendar to ensure workplace competency is enhanced through continuous learning or improvement.
  • Prepare and review compensation and benefits packages, ensuring fairness and consistency.
  • Provide coaching and guidance to managers and staff on HR-related issues, policies, and best practices.
  • Manage and improve HR systems and processes for better efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Any other ad hoc matters and when pertaining to Human Resources.

Job Requirements

 Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a senior HR role, with a solid understanding of HR practices.
  • In-depth knowledge of Malaysian employment laws, labor regulations, and best practices in HR management.
  • Knowledgeable in computerized payroll system of IPayroll (HR2000) is added advantages.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships across all levels of the organization.
  • Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Strong leadership and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
