<ul>
<li>Lead and manage day-to-day HR operations, including payroll administration, recruitment, performance management, employee relations, and training &amp; development.</li>
<li>Develop and implement HR strategies that align with the company’s goals and objectives.</li>
<li>Ensure compliance with Malaysian labour laws and regulations.</li>
<li>Maintain payroll processing system and record by entering employee data, update payroll record.</li>
<li>Ensure timely submission of HR payroll reports.</li>
<li>Manage all HR records and responsible to ensure all personal files are updated and manage systematically.</li>
<li>Manage the recruitment process by sourcing, interviewing, and hiring top talent.</li>
<li>Oversee and manage all foreign workers related matters. Renewal of permit, Fomema, Check out Memo etc.</li>
<li>Develop the yearly training plan / calendar to ensure workplace competency is enhanced through continuous learning or improvement.</li>
<li>Prepare and review compensation and benefits packages, ensuring fairness and consistency.</li>
<li>Provide coaching and guidance to managers and staff on HR-related issues, policies, and best practices.</li>
<li>Manage and improve HR systems and processes for better efficiency and effectiveness.</li>
<li>Any other ad hoc matters and when pertaining to Human Resources.</li>
