Job Description

1. Provide first and second-level IT support for hardware, software, and network issues.
2. Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers and servers.
3. Manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls.
4. Monitor and maintain network, firewall, antivirus, and backup systems.
5. Respond to cybersecurity incidents and investigate suspicious activities.
6. Conduct vulnerability assessments and implement security improvements.
7. Ensure compliance with IT security policies and best practices.
8. Perform system patching and software updates.
9. Install, configure, maintain and support POS and ERP systems to ensure smooth business operations.
10. Implement and maintain IT security systems to protect the organization's infrastructure and data.

Job Requirements

1. Strong knowledge of Windows Server and Windows 10/11 administration.
2. Experience with Microsoft 365 (Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive)
3. Knowledge of TCP/IP networking, DNS, DHCP, VLAN, VPN, and firewall configuration.
4. Experience with Active Directory and Group Policy.
5. Familiarity with endpoint protection, antivirus, and EDR solutions.
6. Understanding of cybersecurity principles, including malware, phishing, ransomware, and vulnerability management.
7. Experience with firewall administration (eg : Sophos, Fortinet, Cisco or similar).
8. Ability to troubleshoot hardware, software, printers, and network issues.
9. Knowledge of email security (SPF, DKIM, DMARC).
10. Familiarity with SIEM, log monitoring, and security event analysis is an advantage.
11. Basic scripting knowledge (PowerShell, Batch, or Python) is an advantage.
12. Good documentation and reporting skills.
13. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
14. Posses Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or related field.
