Synergy Alliance Solutions Sdn. Bhd. was originally established in year 2018 as Synergy Alliance Marketing &amp; Events Sdn. Bhd. Before the pandemic, our company's primary focus was on digital marketing and events. However, we faced numerous challenges in carrying out marketing activities during this period.
In year 2022, the founder of our company, Dr. Alex Fong, decided to shift our focus to developing BigPos, a point-of-sale solution that revolutionizes retail operations. This strategic move led to our rebranding as Synergy Alliance Solutions Sdn. Bhd.

About the Role
We are looking for a talented Full Stack Engineer with a solid background in Android (Kotlin),
Flutter, iOS Swift, PHP, and MySQL, and who is comfortable working in a remote Linux Server
environment. This role sits within our Sustaining / Technical Support team, where you will be
responsible for supporting production systems, reproducing customer-reported issues, and
ensuring bugs are identified, verified, and properly handed off for resolution.

Key Responsibilities
<ul>
<li>Collaborate with the Technical Support team to investigate, reproduce, and validate reported issues</li>
<li>Perform deep dives into the codebase across mobile (Kotlin, Flutter, iOS Swift) and web backend (PHP, MySQL) to verify bugs</li>
<li>Create technical reports and detailed steps for verified bugs and escalate them to the core IT/Engineering team</li>
<li>Fix minor or urgent issues directly when applicable, especially in high-impact customer scenarios</li>
<li>Build and maintain mobile apps using Kotlin, Flutter and iOS Swift</li>
<li>Maintain and optimize backend services using PHP and MySQL</li>
<li>Operate and troubleshoot applications in a Linux-based production environment</li>
<li>Ensure software reliability and quality through testing, debugging, and proactive monitoring</li>
<li>Maintain documentation for fixes, system behavior, and known issues</li>
</ul>
