<p>--To handle all incoming calls – take proper massages and transfer calls to appropriate individuals/ departments</p>
<p>-Sort and deliver incoming mail and send outgoing mail.</p>
<p>-Schedule appointments and receive customers or visitors.</p>
<p>-To attend to all walk-in guests/ visitors professionally and in helpful manner, at the same time ensuring all inquiries or requests are attended promptly and appropriately</p>
<p>-To handle basic general administrative duties</p>
<p>-To organize proper filing system for departments</p>
<p>-Perform other related or ad hoc duties as required</p>
<p>Requirements:</p>
<p>Candidate must possess at least a SPM/ Certificate / Diploma or equivalent</p>
<p>Minimum 1 year working experience</p>
<p>Fresh graduate is encouraged to apply</p>
<p>Salary range are (RM1,800.00-RM2,000.00)</p>
