• Assist the team by maintaining organized records, performing data entry, and ensuring files are properly managed.
   
• Enter supplier invoices into the system and verify payment details for accuracy.
   
• Support daily administrative tasks to ensure smooth office operations.
   
• Research and identify suitable suppliers or vendors for upcoming projects.
   
• Communicate with suppliers to request quotations and follow up on invoices.
   
• Provide support for additional tasks or ad-hoc projects as needed.

Job Requirements

• Currently pursuing or possess a Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Business Management, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
   
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision and handle multiple tasks.
   
• Must be willing to work on-site in Puchong, Selangor.
