Job Description
- Assist the team in staying organized by updating records, managing data entry, and maintaining well-structured files.
- Enter supplier invoices into the system and ensure payment details are accurate.
- Support daily administrative tasks to keep operations running smoothly.
- Research and identify suitable suppliers/vendors when new projects arise.
- Communicate with suppliers to request quotations and follow up on invoices.
- Provide support on additional tasks or small projects whenever needed.
Job Requirements
- Currently pursuing or holding a Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Business Management, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision and handle multiple tasks effectively.
- Willing to work on-site in Puchong, Selangor.
