Job Description:
- Assist the team in staying organized by maintaining records, entering data, and keeping files orderly.
- Input supplier invoices into the system and verify payment information for accuracy.
- Provide support for daily administrative tasks to ensure smooth office operations.
- Source and identify the best suppliers or vendors for new projects.
- Communicate with suppliers to request quotes and follow up on invoices.
- Help with additional tasks or small projects as they arise.
Job Requirements
- Currently pursuing or holding a Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Business Management, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision and handle multiple tasks at once.
- Must be open to working on-site in Puchong, Selangor.
