Job Description
- Help the team stay organized by updating records, handling data input, and keeping files neat and tidy.
- Enter supplier invoices into our system and double-check payment details for accuracy.
- Support day-to-day admin tasks to keep the office running smoothly.
- Hunt down the best suppliers/vendors when a new project pops up.
- Communicate with suppliers to request quotations and follow up on invoices.
- Jump in to assist with other tasks or mini-projects as they arise.
Job Requirements
- Possess or currently pursuing a Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration / Business Management / Accounting/ Finance or equivalent.
- Ability to work with minimal supervision and multi-tasking.
- Must be willing to work on-site in Puchong, Selangor.
