Job Description
- Data Analyst
Key Responsibilities:
- Map out key features and functionalities across various digital channels.
- Conduct data analysis to support insights and strategy development.
- Assist in shaping and refining Service Scope, Operations, and Workflow (SSOW) documentation.
- Explore and evaluate analytical tools for potential adoption.
- Develop and apply data visualization techniques to present complex information clearly.
2. Data Analyst (Mandarin Speaker)
Key Responsibilities:
- All responsibilities are listed under the general Data Analyst role.
- Additional tasks include:
- SLT/Seeding for Xiaohongshu (XHS).
- Engage with XHS/Rednote content to maintain active accounts.
- • Conduct social listening by inputting keywords and manually recording results.
Job Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Actuarial Science, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and research skills.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Detail-oriented, organised, and able to work independently.
- Passionate, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks with urgency.
- Must be willing to work in Puchong, Selangor.
- Fluent in Mandarin (read, write, speak).
- Familiarity with Chinese digital platforms (e.g., Xiaohongshu) is a plus.
- All other qualifications and traits listed under the general Data Analyst role.
