• Assist in developing and improving Service Scope, Operations, and Workflow (SSOW) documentation.
   
• Research and evaluate analytical tools for potential use and integration.
   
• Create and apply data visualization techniques to clearly present complex findings.

• Currently pursuing or holding a Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Data Analytics, Actuarial Science, Mathematics, or a related field.
   
• Passionate about data analysis, research, and problem-solving.
   
• Detail-oriented, organized, and people-friendly, with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
   
• Strong time management skills and able to handle multiple tasks independently.
   
• Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia, both written and spoken.
   
• Must be willing to work on-site in Puchong, Selangor.
   
• Displays a strong sense of urgency and accountability.
