• Conduct market research and analyze trends to support active campaigns and strategic initiatives.
   
• Assist in planning, organizing, and executing marketing promotions and advertising activities.
   
• Support the identification, selection, and communication process with digital creators and influencers.
   
• Help manage influencer and partnership campaigns across platforms such as TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Douyin, and Facebook.
   
• Contribute to the creation of diverse content formats, including video, graphics, written, and audio materials to enhance brand storytelling.
   
• Assist in planning and brainstorming for short video production.
   
• Monitor influencer and campaign performance, compile reports, and extract actionable insights.
   
• Support research on marketing tools, e-commerce trends, CRM systems, and digital/IT solutions.

Job Requirements

Requirements:

• Currently enrolled in a Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree program in Marketing, Mass Communication, Advertising/Media, Creative Multimedia, or a related field.
   
• A strong passion for marketing, social media, and influencer culture.
   
• Active on platforms such as TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube — either as a content creator or engaged follower.
   
• Creative, curious, and in tune with the latest online trends.
   
• Excellent communication skills in both English and Bahasa Malaysia.
   
• Friendly, detail-oriented, well-organized, and personable.
   
• Able to multitask and work independently with minimal supervision.
   
• Must be willing to work on-site in Puchong, Selangor.
