Job Description

• Analyze market trends and data to support ongoing marketing campaigns and initiatives.
  
• Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing marketing promotions and advertising activities.
  
• Support the research, selection, and coordination of digital creators and influencers.
  
• Help manage influencer and partnership campaigns across platforms such as TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Douyin, and Facebook.
  
• Contribute to content development in various formats, including videos, graphics, copywriting, and audio, to strengthen brand storytelling.
  
• Assist with short-form video ideation, planning, and shoot coordination.
  
• Monitor campaign and influencer performance, compile reports, and extract actionable insights.
  
• Support research on marketing tools, e-commerce trends, CRM systems, and digital or IT solutions.
   

Job Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Advertising/Media, Creative Multimedia, or a related field.
  
• Strong interest in marketing, social media, and influencer-driven content.
  
• Actively engaged on platforms such as TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube, either as a creator or an enthusiastic follower.
  
• Creative, curious, and well-informed about current digital and social trends.
  
• Good verbal and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  
• Detail-oriented, organized, approachable, and able to work well with others.
  
• Capable of multitasking and working independently with minimal supervision.
  
• Willing to work on-site in Puchong, Selangor.
