• Manage the full recruitment cycle for internship placements — from sourcing and phone screening to interviewing and onboarding.
   
• Work closely with hiring managers to align on recruitment plans and internship requirements.
   
• Assist in preparing and organizing recruitment documents such as offer letters, NDAs, and other necessary forms.
   
• Support the screening and shortlisting of qualified candidates.
   
• Research and suggest new recruitment channels to enhance hiring strategies.
   
• Assist with sourcing and headhunting for potential candidates.
   
• Contribute to recruitment initiatives, including developing partnerships with universities and colleges for internship programs.

Job Requirements

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
   
• Strong passion for HR functions and people management.
   
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
   
• Proactive, eager to learn, and able to take initiative.
   
• Must be willing to intern on-site in Puchong, Selangor.
