Talent Acquisition:
- Handle the full recruitment process for internship candidates, including sourcing, phone screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Work closely with hiring managers to align recruitment plans with intern requirements.
- Assist in preparing and organizing recruitment-related documents, such as offer letters, NDAs, and other forms.
- Screen and shortlist qualified candidates.
- Research and suggest new recruitment channels to enhance hiring strategies.
- Support talent sourcing and headhunting for potential candidates.
- Contribute to recruitment initiatives, including building strategic partnerships with universities and colleges for internship programs.
Job Requirements
- Currently pursuing a Diploma/Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Strong interest in HR functions and people management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and take initiative.
