Job Description

• Oversee the full recruitment lifecycle for internship roles, including candidate sourcing, initial phone screenings, interviews, and onboarding processes.
  
• Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand internship needs and align recruitment strategies accordingly.
  
• Prepare, organize, and maintain recruitment-related documents such as offer letters, NDAs, and other required paperwork.
  
• Review applications and shortlist suitable candidates based on role requirements.
  
• Identify, research, and suggest new recruitment platforms and channels to enhance hiring effectiveness.
  
• Assist in talent sourcing and headhunting activities to build a strong candidate pipeline.
  
• Support recruitment initiatives by developing and maintaining partnerships with universities and colleges for internship programs.

Job Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
  
• Strong interest in human resources, recruitment, and people management.
  
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  
• Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to learn.
  
• Able to commit to an internship based in Puchong.
