Job Description

Combine strategic oversight of inventory control with hands‑on office and administrative support. The ideal candidate ensures accurate stock management, optimizes warehouse processes, and supports seamless administrative operations.

 Inventory Management

  • Oversee daily inbound, picking, and outbound inventory operations to meet targeted accuracy levels 
  • Plan and supervise daily/weekly/monthly cycle counts and physical stock-takes 
  • Identify, analyze, and report inventory discrepancies, root-causes, and trends; escalate as needed
  • Monitor non-moving or expired items, manage item status updates, and coordinate returns or disposals
  • Upload and maintain item master data in WMS; enforce FEFO picking principles and proper location allocation
  • Produce regular reports on inventory accuracy, stock ageing, expiry status, and holding trends for stakeholders
     

Administrative Support

  • Administer office operations, including e‑filing, records management follow SOP
  • Review and approve purchase requisitions, advance payments, invoice
  • Manage key customers consignments
  • Help manage contract renewals, and suppliers liaising  
  • Support office layout planning or warehouse moves, supervisor responsibilities, performance appraisals as required 
  • Supporting the sales department with other administrative tasks, if requested.
  • Undertake any ad hoc assignment task given by Directors.

Job Requirements

  Education & Experience

  • Diploma, Bachelor’s or MBA in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration or related field
  • Demonstrated experience (typically 3–7 years) in inventory control and office administration roles
  • Experience in medical devices inventory or managing hospital inventory is an added advantage
  • Able to lead a team

Skills

  • Proficiency in Inventory software (eg, SQL...), Microsoft Excel and data analysis tools
  • Strong analytical mindset, attention to detail, and process‑oriented approach for continuous improvement
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder coordination skills across functions — procurement, logistics, finance, sales 
  • Problem-solving abilities, time-management, multitasking and the ability to work autonomously under pressure
