Job Description
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements (Balance Sheet, P&L, Cash Flow).
- Analyze financial data and provide actionable insights for management.
- Assist in the preparation of the company’s budget and forecast.
- Oversee the accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR) processes.
- Ensure timely processing of invoices and payments, and maintain accurate vendor records.
- Follow up on overdue receivables and ensure proper collections.
- Reconcile bank statements, general ledger, and intercompany accounts.
- Ensure that all financial discrepancies are investigated and resolved in a timely manner
- Coordinate with auditors for internal and external audits.
- Implement best practices to streamline workflows and enhance efficiency
- Oversee the preparation and processing of payroll, ensuring timely and accurate payments.
- Manage employee benefit deductions, bonuses, and tax-related calculations.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. A professional accounting qualification (e.g., ACA, ACCA, CPA) is highly desirable
- At least 3+ years of experience in accounting or finance, with a proven track record in managing financial reporting and accounting functions.
- Strong knowledge of accounting software (e.g., SAP, SQL,QuickBooks, etc.).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced formulas, pivot tables, VLOOKUP, etc.).
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
