Job Description

Responsibilities

• You must provide first-line technical support for end-user hardware, software, network, and system-related issues, ensuring timely resolution and minimal disruption to business operations.  

• You are expected to diagnose and resolve incidents involving desktops, laptops, mobile devices, printers, peripherals, and enterprise applications through various support channels.  

• You must install, configure, deploy, and maintain end-user computing devices, operating systems, software applications, and endpoint security solutions.  

• You are expected to perform hardware upgrades, replacements, preventive maintenance, and lifecycle management of IT assets.  

• You must manage incidents and service requests through the IT ticketing system, ensuring all issues are tracked, updated, and resolved within agreed service levels.  

• You are expected to maintain accurate technical documentation, including troubleshooting procedures, resolutions, and knowledge base articles.  

• You must support meeting room technologies, video conferencing systems, and office IT infrastructure to ensure reliable day-to-day operations.  

• You are expected to coordinate with vendors for hardware repairs, warranty claims, equipment replacement, and technical support activities.  

• You must assist in IT asset management, including inventory tracking, procurement support, asset tagging, and equipment disposal.  

• You are expected to support infrastructure operations, including basic server room activities, environmental monitoring, and infrastructure health checks.  

• You must collaborate with regional and global IT teams on system upgrades, migrations, deployments, and continuous improvement initiatives.  

• You are expected to deliver professional, customer-focused IT support while building strong working relationships with business users and stakeholders.  


Job Requirements

Job Requirement

  •  Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline.  
  •  Minimum 1–3 years of experience in IT support, desktop support, helpdesk, or infrastructure support within an enterprise environment.  
  •  Hands-on experience supporting Windows operating systems, with exposure to macOS considered an advantage.  
  •  Good knowledge of Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and networking fundamentals.  
  •  Experience with desktop imaging, software deployment, endpoint security, and device management tools.  
  •  Exposure to enterprise IT tools such as ticketing systems, endpoint management, or Mobile Device Management (MDM) solutions is preferred.  
  •  Basic understanding of server infrastructure, storage, LAN/WAN networking, Wi-Fi, UPS, and server room operations.  
  •  Experience supporting meeting room technologies and video conferencing platforms is an advantage.  
  •  Knowledge of server room monitoring, environmental monitoring systems, or infrastructure alerting tools is a plus.  
  •  Willingness to provide after-hours or emergency support when required.
