Job Description

 MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Communicating with clients to ensure that all their needs are understood and addressed
2. Building strong client relationships to maintain current and upsells
3. Collaborating with various internal departments to ensure that they fulfill all customer requests
4. Resolving complaints and keeping track of all processes that pertain to the client’s desires
5. Acting as the client’s representative in a firm to ensure that their demands are met with a focus on improving the customer experience
6. Collecting and analyzing data concerning client requirements to understand changing needs
7. Ensuring Key Performance Indexes are achieved.

Job Requirements

 TO QUALIFY FOR THE ROLE, YOU MUST HAVE

1. Degree/ Diploma in accounting, commerce, economics, finance, information technology, computer science, business systems, business management, law or other business-related fields
2. Proficient IT skills(Word, Excel, Power Point)
3.  Ability to speak Mandarin will be an added advantage. 
4. Excellent Presentation Skills
5. Possess own transport
