Job Description

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

• To provide deliverable service in accordance with project plan.
• Understand and control project scope, apply change management processes as required
• Monitor and report/ communicate project health
• Organize and facilitate project team meetings both internal and client
• Produce and communicate weekly action plans
• Collect, organize and communicate project meeting notes and weekly status reports
• Identify, maintain and mitigate project risks
• Oversee successful and timely completion of project milestones/ deliverables
• To comply with the Information Security Policy in the organization.

SECONDARY RESPONSIBILITIES

• To assist in internal projects if needed
• To assist in preparing internal process flow and procedure

Job Requirements

• Possess at least Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, or another relevant field.
• High adaptability and flexibility.
• Strong interpersonal skills, ability to define situations, document data and draw conclusions.
• Excellent command of verbal and written in both English and Bahasa Malaysia.
