Job Description
- To provide information security services for clients, including but not limited to Posture Assessment, Gap Assessment, Risk Assessment, implementation and review of policies and procedures, Security Awareness Training, and tabletop exercises..
- To provide service deliverables in accordance with the mutually agreed Scope Of Work (SOW).
- To provide consultation and advisory service on event/ attack mitigation, advanced incident management and reporting analysis and cybersecurity monitoring solution best practices.
- To maintain communication with clients and provide on-the-phone and on-site assistance. Responsible for handling and solving customer support issues.
- Reviews the Security Policy and Procedures on an annual basis and communicates any necessary changes and maintains security forms and reports.
- To comply with the Information Security Policy in the organization.
- To undertake Project Manager roles in projects as and when required.
- To assist in Professional Security Services projects when required.
- To assist in internal projects if needed
- To assist in preparing internal process flow and procedure
Job Requirements
- Possess at least at Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, or another relevant field.
- Ability to respond rapidly, multi-task, and communicate effectively both verbally and in writing with customers, team members, and engagement managers.
- Preferably has undergone cybersecurity trainee in a consulting company and has experience in performing cybersecurity assessment, threat assessment, or penetration testing.
- Understand cybersecurity concepts (ISO 27001, NIST, PCI-DSS), RMIT requirements, Cyber Security Act 2024 related requirements, data privacy concepts, etc.
- Must be detail and process oriented, requiring demonstrated excellence in time management, project management and prioritization.
- Must be enthusiastic, flexible, and collaborative.
- Excellent command of verbal and written in both English and Bahasa Malaysia.
