Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Full Stack Developer based in Subang Jaya. This role is responsible to design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications across both frontend and backend environments. This role is responsible for delivering high-quality, secure, and performance-driven solutions that support the organization’s digital products and services.

Key Responsibilities

1) Full-Stack Development 

• Design, develop, test, and maintain responsive web applications using React.js, along with scalable backend services and APIs using Node.js and/or Java.

2) System Architecture & Database Management

• Design and manage application architecture, including databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB), ensuring data integrity, scalability, and efficient system performance.

3) Security & Performance Optimization

• Implement secure authentication and authorization (JWT, OAuth2), and continuously optimize performance across frontend, backend, and database layers.

4) Collaboration & Agile Delivery

• Work closely with cross-functional teams (Product, QA, Design) and actively participate in Agile ceremonies to deliver high-quality product features on time.

5) Code Quality & Best Practices

• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code, conduct code reviews, and ensure adherence to development standards and best practices.

6) Deployment, Monitoring & Support

• Support CI/CD processes, manage deployments, monitor system performance, and troubleshoot production issues to ensure system reliability.

7) Continuous Improvement & Innovation

• Contribute to system enhancements, architecture discussions (including microservices), and adopt new technologies to improve efficiency and scalability.

Job Requirements

• Degree/Diploma in IT, Computer Science, or related field
• 2–5 years of full stack development experience
• Experience with Agile/Scrum is preferred

Technical Skills

• Strong knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+)
• Hands-on experience with React.js (Hooks, Context API, Redux/Zustand)
• Experience with Node.js and/or Java (Spring Boot preferred)
• Solid understanding of REST APIs (GraphQL is a plus)
• Database experience: MySQL/PostgreSQL/MongoDB
• Familiarity with Git, Linux/Unix environments

Good to Have

• Experience with AWS / Azure / GCP
• Knowledge of Docker and CI/CD pipelines
• Understanding of microservices architecture
• Familiarity with TypeScript
• Experience with monitoring tools (Datadog, New Relic)

Soft Skills

Optional (AI/Chatbot Experience)

• Experience integrating LLM APIs (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini)
