Job Overview:

The Solution Design & Innovation Intern will support the team in designing, developing, and documenting innovative technology solutions for clients and internal projects. This role offers hands-on exposure to system design, digital solutions, and innovation-driven initiatives within a systems integrator environment.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Assist in researching and developing solution concepts for IT, digital, and system integration projects.
• Support the preparation of solution proposals, presentations, and technical documentation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Solutions Delivery, Project Management, and Business Management) to understand client requirements
• Assist in designing solution workflows, architecture diagrams, and process flows.
• Conduct market, technology, and competitor research to support innovation initiatives.
• Support proof-of-concept (POC), demos, or pilot projects where applicable.
• Maintain proper documentation, version control, and knowledge repositories.
• Perform any other tasks assigned by the Solution Design & Innovation team. 

Job Requirements

•  Currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Software Engineering, Networking, Cybersecurity, Data Analytics, or a related field.
