Job Description

Order Management
Process sales orders, prepare quotations, Delivery Orders (DO), and Invoices accurately using SAP System.

Coordination
Liaise between the Sales Team, Warehouse, and Procurement to ensure timely delivery of goods to customers.

Customer Support
Handle incoming inquiries via phone, email, and WhatsApp regarding product availability, pricing, and order status.

Data Accuracy
Maintain and update the customer database and ensure all sales documentation is filed systematically.

Reporting
Assist in preparing weekly/monthly sales reports and tracking sales performance against targets.

Payments
Monitor outstanding payments and assist the accounts department with payment follow-ups where necessary.


Job Requirements

Nationality

  • Open to Malaysians only

Education

  • Minimum SPM or Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field

Experience

  • At least 1–2 years of experience in sales support or administrative roles
  • Fresh graduates with a strong desire to learn are welcome to apply

    Skills
  • Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English 
  • Ability to speak Chinese dialects is an added advantage
  • Highly organized, able to multitask in a fast-paced environment, and a team-player attitude
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
