Coordination Liaise between the Sales Team, Warehouse, and Procurement to ensure timely delivery of goods to customers.
Customer Support Handle incoming inquiries via phone, email, and WhatsApp regarding product availability, pricing, and order status.
Data Accuracy Maintain and update the customer database and ensure all sales documentation is filed systematically.
Reporting Assist in preparing weekly/monthly sales reports and tracking sales performance against targets.
