SYY Aesthetic Sdn Bhd 医美诊所现正招募一名 具责任感且细心的会计兼行政人员，负责独立处理 全盘账务，并协助日常行政事务，确保诊所营运顺畅。SYY Aesthetic Sdn Bhd is a professional aesthetic clinic currently seeking a responsible and detail-oriented Accountant.
This position requires the ability to independently manage full-set accounts and support daily tasks to ensure smooth clinic operations.

💼 工作内容/ Job Responsibilities: ：

• 独立处理 全盘账务（应收、应付、总账、银行对账、月结报表等）。 Independently handle full-set accounts, including AR, AP, General Ledger, bank reconciliation, and month-end closing.
   
• 编制财务报表及管理层所需报告。 Prepare financial statements and management reports as required.
   
• 处理发票、付款、备用金与员工报销事项。Handle invoices, payments, petty cash, and staff claims.
   
• 与外部审计师、税务顾问及供应商沟通协调。 Liaise and coordinate with external auditors, tax consultants, and suppliers.
   
• 维护及归档所有财务文件，确保资料完整准确。 Maintain and file all finance-related documents to ensure accuracy and completeness.
   
• 协助日常行政事务，如采购、库存管理与办公室协调。 Assist with daily administrative duties such as purchasing, inventory control, and office coordination.
   
• 完成管理层指派的其他工作，确保诊所运作顺利。 
• Perform any other tasks assigned by the management to support smooth clinic operations.

Job Requirements

🔅职位要求 / Job Requirements ：

• 会计、财务或相关专业文凭 / 学士学位。Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related fields.
   
• 至少 3 年以上工作经验，能 独立处理全盘账务。 At least 3 years of working experience with the ability to independently handle full-set accounts.
   
• 熟悉 SQL、AutoCount 或 UBS 系统及 Excel。Familiar with accounting systems such as SQL, AutoCount, or UBS, and proficient in Excel.
   
• 做事细心、有责任感，能独立完成工作。Meticulous, responsible, and able to work independently.
   
• 良好的沟通与协调能力。 Good communication and coordination skills.
   
• 能以 中、英、马来语 流利沟通及书写。 Able to communicate and write fluently in Chinese, English, and Malay.
