We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to produce visually compelling content that aligns with the Szindore brand identity. The ideal candidate possesses a strong portfolio, a passion for design, and the ability to transform ideas into impactful visual stories across both digital and print platforms. 

Key Responsibilities 

• Design and produce a wide range of visual assets, including social media content, brochures, posters, presentations, website visuals, advertisements, and product packaging. 
• Lead the design and development of promotional materials and visual showcases for product launches and campaigns. 
• Create artwork for product-related materials such as stickers, perfume bottles, packaging boxes, and event collaterals. 
• Review and approve final artwork before production to ensure accuracy, quality, and brand alignment. 
• Conduct quality checks on printed materials delivered by suppliers and provide feedback where necessary. 
• Liaise with suppliers to coordinate printing processes, manage production timelines, and negotiate cost-effective solutions. 
• Collaborate closely with the Marketing, Branding, and Product teams to conceptualize and execute creative campaigns. 
• Ensure consistency of brand identity across all visual communications and marketing materials. 
• Prepare and finalize design files for print production, ensuring adherence to high-quality standards and specifications. 
• Stay updated on industry trends, design tools, and emerging technologies to continuously enhance creative output. 
• Revise and refine designs based on feedback to meet project requirements and expectations.

Job Requirements

Job Requirements 

• Diploma or Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field. 
• Proven experience as a Graphic Designer or in a similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing relevant work. 
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, and other relevant tools. 
• Solid understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout composition. 
• Experience in motion graphics, web design, or UI/UX is an added advantage. 
• Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational and time management skills. 
• Ability to take creative direction, work independently, and collaborate effectively within a team environment.
