Job Description

We are seeking a diligent, detail-oriented, and quality-driven individual to join our team as a QC Inspector in our perfume manufacturing operation. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that all products consistently meet established quality standards through thorough inspections, accurate documentation, and strict adherence to quality control procedures. 

Key Responsibilities 

As a QC Inspector, you will support the implementation and maintenance of the Company's Quality Management System while ensuring compliance with internal quality standards, customer requirements, and regulatory expectations. Your responsibilities include: 

• Conduct incoming, in-process, and outgoing inspections to verify product quality, consistency, and compliance with specifications.
• Inspect raw and packaging materials, including bottles, caps, spray pumps, labels, cartons, and other components prior to production use.
• Monitor filling, capping, labeling, and packing processes to ensure correct fill levels, proper sealing, leak-free products, and accurate labeling.
• Perform finished product inspections to verify packaging quality, batch coding accuracy, product appearance, and overall presentation.
• Prepare, maintain, and update quality-related documentation, including inspection reports, non-conformance reports, rejection records, and corrective action documentation.
• Collect, analyze, and compile quality data to support trend analysis, reporting, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Work closely with Production and other departments to identify root causes of quality issues and implement effective corrective and preventive actions.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, customer specifications, GMP requirements, and applicable quality standards throughout the production process.
• Support internal and external audits, inspections, and certification activities when required.
• Perform any other duties and responsibilities assigned by the Quality Assurance Manager, Quality Supervisor, or Production Management.

Job Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Quality Management, Chemical Engineering, Industrial Chemistry, Cosmetic Science, Manufacturing Technology, Production Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum 1 year of working experience in Quality Control, Quality Assurance, Manufacturing, Cosmetics, Perfume, FMCG, or a related industry.
• Knowledge of quality control principles, inspection techniques, and quality documentation practices.
• Proficient in basic computer applications, report preparation, and data recording.
• Good analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to read and follow work instructions, specifications, and inspection procedures.
• Able to work independently with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Willing to work on a rotating shift schedule.
