We are currently seeking a diligent and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a QC Inspector in our perfume production line. As a QC Inspector, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality of our perfumes through meticulous inspection and strict adherence to quality procedures. 

Job Responsibilities

As a QC Inspector, you will be responsible for supporting the implementation of the Company’s Quality System and ensuring that all products meet internal and external quality standards. Your specific responsibilities will include:

• Performing incoming, in-process, and outgoing inspections to verify perfume quality and consistency. 
• Inspecting raw materials (bottles, caps, spray pumps, labels, cartons) before use. 
• Monitoring in-process filling and capping to ensure correct fill levels, tight sealing, no leakage, and accurate labeling.
• Conducting finished product inspections to confirm packaging, batch coding, and overall presentation meet company and customer requirements.
• Preparing and maintaining process and quality-related documents, including inspection records, rejection reports, and trend analysis.
• Collecting and compiling statistical quality data for analysis and reporting purposes.
• Working closely with production staff to identify root causes of defects and support continuous improvement efforts.
• Ensuring compliance with company, customer, and certification requirements at all stages of production.
• Performing any other relevant tasks assigned by the Quality or Production Supervisor.

Job Requirements

Job Requirement:

• Diploma/ Degree in Quality Management or Chemical Engineering or Industrial Chemistry or Cosmetic Science or Manufacturing/Production Technology. 
• Additional Advantage- any short courses or certifications in ISO 9001 (Quality Management), GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices), or HACCP.
• For cosmetics/perfume, exposure to Cosmetic Product Safety & Regulatory Compliance (KKM, NPRA in Malaysia) is a big plus.
• At least 1 year of working experience in Quality Control or a related field. 
• Proficient in basic reading, writing, math, and computer skills. 
• Familiarity with work instructions and inspection procedures.
• Able to work on a rotating shift schedule.
