Job Description

We are seeking an enthusiastic Retail Sales Assistant to join our team at Szindore @ NU Sentral. This is a full-time role at our retail kiosk where you will greet customers, introduce our perfumes, and help them discover the scents they’ll love! 

You’ll be responsible for engaging with customers, providing product information, and driving sales. Your customer service skills and sales experience will be key in creating a welcoming shopping experience and leaving every customer with a great impression of Szindore.

What you'll be doing:

• Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Demonstrate and explain product features and benefits to customers.
• Actively promote and sell products to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Process sales transactions accurately and handle cash/card payments.
• Maintain a clean, organised, and visually appealing kiosk.
• Adhere to company policies, procedures, and safety standards.
• Collaborate with the team to identify opportunities for improvement and contribute to the overall success of the kiosk.

Shift hours:

1. Morning shift: 10am to 7pm (1 hour break)
2. Afternoon shift: 1pm to 10pm (1 hour break)

Job Requirements

What we're looking for:

• Previous experience in a sales, retail, or customer service is an advantage
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well in a team and independently
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Enthusiasm, a positive attitude, and a passion for providing exceptional customer service
• Proficiency in Malay and English (knowledge of additional local languange is a plus)
