1. Develop, film, and create high-quality videos tailored for TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and various other social media channels.  
2. Transform raw video footage into engaging final products using editing software such as Premiere Pro, CapCut, or Final Cut Pro.  
3. Keep video files, including raw footage and final edits, organized and systematically maintained.  
4. Arrange optimal lighting, camera positioning, and audio equipment to guarantee professional-grade video capture.
5. Record captivating behind-the-scenes content, product displays, instructional videos, and brand narratives.  
6. Work alongside the social media and marketing teams to design storyboards and video ideas that align with Szindore’s objectives.  
7. Participate in brainstorming sessions to generate creative concepts and initiatives for campaigns, product launches, and other brand-related events.  
8. Investigate and adopt cutting-edge trends in video production and digital storytelling to inject innovative ideas into Szindore’s content strategy.  
9. Assist with daily content posting across all social media platforms.  
10. Stay on top of social media trends and popular video formats to produce captivating content.  
11. Compile and deliver a daily report at the end of each shift, detailing completed tasks and activities.

Job Requirements

Job Requirements:

1. Proven experience as a videographer and video editor, preferably in content creation for TikTok, Instagram, or YouTube.
2. Proficient in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut, Final Cut Pro, or similar tools.
3. Skilled in camera operation, lighting setup, and audio recording to ensure professional-grade footage
4. Strong sense of visual storytelling, framing, and pacing, especially for short-form videos.
5. Experience in producing content for social media platforms with an understanding of formats, specs, and trends
6. Ability to work with creative teams to develop storyboards, scripts, and concepts that align with brand identity.
7. Up-to-date knowledge of social media trends, viral video styles, and content engagement strategies.
8. Able to multitask and manage timelines, with good organizational skills in handling raw footage and edits.
9. Detail-oriented with the ability to deliver high-quality videos under tight deadlines.
10. Willing to learn and support in posting content on platforms when needed.
11. Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
12. Ability to take feedback constructively and continuously improve content quality.
13. Disciplined and accountable in submitting daily reports and content logs.
14. Basic motion graphics or animation skills are an added advantage.
15. Possess own camera and editing equipment is a plus (optional depending on company setup)
