• Develop, film, and produce high-quality video content tailored for TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and other relevant social media platforms. 
• Edit and transform raw footage into engaging final content using editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut, or Final Cut Pro. 
• Maintain proper organization and management of all video files, including raw footage and final outputs. 
• Set up and manage lighting, camera positioning, and audio equipment to ensure professional-quality production. 
• Capture engaging behind-the-scenes content, product showcases, tutorials, and brand storytelling materials. 
• Collaborate closely with the Social Media and Marketing teams to develop storyboards and video concepts aligned with Szindore’s brand objectives. 
• Contribute to brainstorming sessions by generating creative ideas for campaigns, product launches, and brand initiatives. 
• Research and stay updated on the latest trends in video production and digital storytelling to enhance content quality and relevance. 
• Support daily content posting across all social media platforms. 
• Monitor social media trends and popular formats to create timely and engaging content. 
• Prepare and submit daily reports at the end of each shift, outlining completed tasks and key activities.

Job Requirements

Job Requirements: 

• Proven experience as a videographer and video editor, preferably in creating content for TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube. 
• Proficient in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut, Final Cut Pro, or similar tools. 
• Strong technical skills in camera operation, lighting setup, and audio recording to ensure professional-quality output. 
• Solid understanding of visual storytelling, including framing, composition, and pacing, particularly for short-form content. 
• Experience producing content for social media platforms, with a good understanding of platform formats, specifications, and trends. 
• Ability to collaborate effectively with creative, social media, and marketing teams to develop storyboards, scripts, and concepts aligned with brand identity. 
• Up-to-date with current social media trends, viral content styles, and audience engagement strategies. 
• Strong time management and multitasking abilities, with good organizational skills in handling raw footage and edited content. 
• Detail-oriented with the ability to deliver high-quality work under tight deadlines. 
• Willingness to support content posting across social media platforms when required. 
• Good communication skills and a collaborative, team-oriented mindset. 
• Open to feedback and committed to continuous improvement in content quality. 
• Disciplined and accountable in submitting daily reports and maintaining content logs. 
• Basic knowledge of motion graphics or animation is an added advantage. 
• Possession of personal camera and editing equipment is a plus (subject to company requirements).
