Job Description

The Site Engineer is responsible for overseeing day-to-day construction activities on site, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with technical drawings, specifications, and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage on-site construction works and workers 
• Ensure all works are carried out according to drawings, specifications, and schedule 
• Coordinate with subcontractors, consultants, and suppliers 
• Monitor site progress and prepare daily/weekly reports 
• Check and verify materials delivered to site 
• Conduct site inspections and resolve technical issues 
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and site procedures 
• Assist in planning and scheduling of works 
• Prepare and submit site documentation (RFI, reports, method statements, etc.) 
• Liaise with authorities and consultants when required 

Job Requirements

• Diploma / Degree in Civil Engineering or related field 
•  Experience in earthwork, drainage, roadwork, or infrastructure projects 
• Minimum 2-3 years of site experience 
• Knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations 
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings 
• Good communication and coordination skills 
• Strong problem-solving ability 
• Willing to work on-site (including weekends if required)
