&nbsp;As a Chef de Partie (CDP) at Universal Bakehouse, you will be responsible for leading and managing a specific section in the kitchen, ensuring high-quality production of sourdough, viennoiserie, and other baked goods. You will play a key role in maintaining kitchen standards, overseeing production efficiency, and supporting the team in daily operations. 
<h4>Key Responsibilities:</h4>
<ul>
<li>Supervise and manage daily production operations, ensuring high-quality standards in pastry, bread, and viennoiserie. &nbsp;</li>
<li>Oversee inventory management, including stock control, ordering, and supplier coordination. &nbsp;</li>
<li>Ensure quality control for both new SKUs and existing products through daily checks. &nbsp;</li>
<li>Lead and moderate pre-service and post-mortem meetings to improve workflow and quality. &nbsp;</li>
<li>Manage and oversee bulk/catering orders, ensuring timely and efficient production. &nbsp;</li>
<li>Track and report production incidents, wastage, and workflow issues to the Production Manager. &nbsp;</li>
<li>Facilitate and oversee the training and skill development of team members, ensuring competency in new SKU production. &nbsp;</li>
<li>Ensure timely production that aligns with daily production schedules and operational needs. &nbsp;</li>
<li>Oversee the weekly deep-cleaning of production sections, maintaining hygiene and food safety standards. &nbsp;</li>
<li>Serve as a role model to inspire teamwork, discipline, and professional kitchen conduct</li>
