 The Customer Service Intern assists the Customer Service Team in ensuring positive guest experiences across our brands. This role involves responding to enquiries, managing customer feedback, and supporting day-to-day communication with guests through various platforms. It is ideal for students seeking exposure in hospitality, communication, and service operations. 

Job Responsibilities

• Handle customer enquiries via WhatsApp, phone calls, email, and social media
• Assist in managing reservation systems and coordinating bookings
• Support outlet teams by communicating customer requests or special arrangements
• Help maintain service SOPs and follow up on customer-related matter
• Record and track customer feedback for reporting
• Assist in administrative tasks related to customer service
• Any other tasks assigned by the Customer Service or Operations Team

• Malaysian Citizen or PR
• Currently pursuing a Diploma or Degree in Hospitality, Business, Communications, or related fields
• Strong communication skills in English.
• Pleasant, patient, and customer-oriented personality
• Able to multitask and handle enquiries promptly
• Own transport (eg: Car / Motorbike) is preferred but not required.
• Willing to work on-site and support operational needs when required
   
• Available to start in January or February intake
