We serve 2 brands (Table and Apron, and Universal Bakehouse) are seeking a proactive, detail-oriented, and effective communicator to join our HR team as an intern. This role is ideal for a motivated individual eager to support our daily administrative operations and gain comprehensive exposure to the HR lifecycle. You will be instrumental in ensuring the smooth running of our HR shared services for both the Table and Apron and Universal Bakehouse brands. This position offers hands-on experience in daily, weekly, and monthly HR tasks, making it an excellent opportunity to develop professional skills in a dynamic corporate environment.

Job Requirements

Key Responsibilities

You will be responsible for providing support across the entire employee lifecycle, with core duties spanning the following areas:

1. Recruitment & Onboarding Support:

• Assist with the full-cycle recruitment process, from candidate scheduling to onboarding new hires.
• Help facilitate a smooth and welcoming onboarding experience for all new recruits.

2. HR Administration & Operations:

• Support daily HR administrative functions and serve as a helpful first point of contact for employee queries.
• Contribute to the preparation and distribution of internal HR communications and cyclical reports. 

3. Data Management & Process Improvement:

• Aid in maintaining accurate HR data and support the team with various HR system-related tasks.
• Participate in ad-hoc projects aimed at improving HR processes and enhancing the employee experience.

Requirements

• Local Malaysian or Permanent residence
• Must have an internship curricular by a University
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
• Good interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively with different teams.
• Presentable, professional demeanor, and strong organizational skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.

Bonus:

• Possesses own transportation (eg: Car or Motorbike) preferred but not required.
• Has prior experience in F&B is a bonus (Part time or any relevant experience)
• Major foodie!
