Job Description

Role Overview

This role oversees warehouse coordination, purchasing activities, and basic facilities maintenance. The position ensures stock availability, timely procurement, and a well-maintained working environment across operations. 

Key Responsibilities:

Warehouse & Inventory Coordination

  • Process outlet stock requisitions and prepare items for dispatch
  • Maintain organized storage and proper stock labelling
  • Monitor inventory levels and highlight low stock
  • Assist in stock counts and inventory tracking
  • Verify incoming supplier deliveries

Procurement Coordination

  • Source and purchase operational supplies as requested
  • Liaise with suppliers for quotations, orders, and delivery timelines
  • Track purchase orders and follow up on outstanding items
  • Maintain supplier contact list and pricing records
  • Ensure cost-conscious purchasing practices

Facilities & Maintenance Coordination

  • Coordinate basic maintenance requests (electrical, plumbing, equipment)
  • Liaise with vendors and service providers for repairs
  • Track maintenance schedules and servicing records
  • Ensure office and warehouse environments are safe and operational
  • Support minor administrative coordination for upkeep needs


Job Requirements

Requirements

  • Strong coordination and organizational skills
  • Local Malaysian, 18 years above
  • Own transportation is preferred
  • Ability to multitask across warehouse, procurement, and maintenance tasks
  • Good communication with vendors and internal teams
  • Basic Excel / Google Sheets proficiency
  • Hands-on and proactive attitude
