 JOB DESCRIPTION

The Marketing Executive - Content / Graphic will be a key member of our marketing team, focusing on graphic design for a variety of materials. Responsibilities include designing operational materials, marketing and content materials, and internal HQ documents.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Designing marketing and content materials, such as project/campaign key visual development.
2. Designing operational materials, including menus, notices, product labels, packaging, and merchandise, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and objectives.
3. Designing internal HQ documents, including HR recruitment and training material.
4. Managing own workloads and priorities effectively, demonstrating strong multitasking skills and stakeholder management.
5. Taking on ad-hoc content photo editing and video editing tasks as needed, including editing photos and videos for social media, website, and other digital platforms.

Job Requirements

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field.
• Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Familiarity with graphic design for digital marketing, including social media graphics, web banners, and email campaigns.
• Strong portfolio showcasing creative and innovative design solutions.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Ability to work independently and proactively seek solutions to design challenges.
• Previous experience in a similar role or internship is a plus.
