Job Description

You will play a pivotal role in our dynamic marketing team. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the culinary and hospitality industry while contributing to the growth of our brand. 

You will be reporting directly to our Marketing Communications Manager, and will work with our in-house Marketing Service team, customer service support, external photographers, social media content creators, as well as graphic designers.

Job Requirements

Your responsibilities will include:

Content Creation:

• Assist in creating written content, including blog posts, articles, and email newsletters.
• Contribute to the development of marketing collateral and promotional materials.

Stakeholder Management:

• Act as a liaison between the marketing team and restaurant/bakery/wine store operations to ensure seamless execution of marketing campaigns.
• Coordinate with various internal departments and external vendors to support marketing initiatives.

Social Media Content Execution:

• Assist in planning and creating engaging content for our social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, etc.).
• Monitor social media channels, engage with followers, and respond to inquiries.

Design Procurement:

• Collaborate with graphic designers and other creative professionals to procure marketing materials, including menus, promotional flyers, and digital assets.
• Ensure design materials align with our brand guidelines and marketing objectives.

Events and Promotions:

• Support the planning and execution of special events, promotions, and customer engagement activities.
• Assist in coordinating marketing efforts for seasonal campaigns and holiday promotions.

Data Analysis:

• Help track and analyze marketing performance metrics to assess the effectiveness of campaigns.
• Provide insights and recommendations for optimizing marketing strategies.
